Originally opened in 1926, the Corvin department store building had deteriorated over the decades, so the owners revitalized the building with new functions, modern technical standards and complete restoration of the original ornate facade. At the same time as the facades were renovated, the ground floor and basement areas were converted into retail and catering outlets.
A gastronomic courtyard and hotel will be developed on the upper floors.
