The Skyline Residence project was launched in 2020 as a revival of a previously abandoned project. The project consisted of two or two condominium buildings on two separate parcels, one with 2×3 apartments and the other with 2×4 high quality apartments.
High quality and cost-effectiveness were among the most important requirements of the investor. These guidelines guided the work of the project team as they faced the difficulties of restarting the project. Getting construction sites left half-finished by previous companies back on their feet is always a challenge.
Thanks to the dedication and perseverance of a team of experts, the work was revitalised and the apartments were completed to the high quality expected by the investors.
Our colleague working on the project, János Laczkovics, as project manager, ensured the successful implementation.
