International dialogue on the future real estate market – we were at the Bratislava Property Forum 2025

The market environment is constantly changing – and this is particularly true in the real estate market, where investment decisions are increasingly shaped by international trends, technological innovations and sustainability considerations. At Spányi Partners, we believe that being informed and up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge is the cornerstone of our profession, not only at home but also internationally.

It was in this spirit that our colleague Alica Zelny Sajtos, Project Manager, participated in the Bratislava Property Forum 2025, one of the leading real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe. The aim of the conference is to create a common platform for investors, developers and industry experts to think together about the future of the real estate market in the region.

The topics discussed at the forum were particularly topical, and our colleague came away with valuable ideas. Discussions focused on investment opportunities and challenges in the Slovak and Central European real estate market, how sustainability and technological developments are shaping the future of the sector, market trends and shifts that are already shaping the conditions for investment success, and how the banking sector sees the future of financing, especially lending.

The event also gave us the opportunity to hear directly from key professionals in the region, including Penta Real Estate, IAD Investments, BuiltMind and BHM Group, and to discuss with them where the industry is heading.

Professional events such as these also help us to see the market from a broader perspective and to react in time to changes that can have a long-term impact on the success of investments.
