Project Management
The Project Manager is the engine of the project: the person who understands and oversees both parallel and sequential processes, serving as the investor’s primary confidant.
As Project Managers, we are involved in the project from the very beginning (ideally from its conception) and guide it through the design, tendering, construction, obtaining occupancy permits, and up to the end of the guarantee period. As the client’s representative, we are responsible for the schedule, the selection of designers, experts, and contractors, the smoothness of the construction, the identification of risks, and the closure of the project.
Generally, we oversee technical and cost control. For smaller projects, this is managed by the Project Manager in charge, while larger projects involve a substantial team. In some complex projects, the investor may assign separate entities to handle project management, technical supervision, and cost engineering.
