The Due Diligence Report, prepared as a result of our investigation, is an essential element in the decision-making process.

As a Project manager, we are involved in the project from the very beginning (ideally from the project’s conception) and guide it through the design, tendering, construction, obtaining occupancy permit(s) and up to the end of the guarantee period. As the client’s representative, we are responsible for the schedule; the selection of designers, experts and then contractors; the smoothness of the construction; the identification of risks and the closure of the project.
