OUR SERVICES

Our core activity is managing complex construction projects from early development phase through handover and commissioning to the end of the warranty period. We offer a range of services to our clients, including project management, cost planning and quantity surveying, value engineering, due diligence, construction management, and technical supervision.

Project Management

The Project Manager is the engine of the project: the person who understands and oversees both parallel and sequential processes, serving as the investor’s primary confidant.

Construction Management

In projects when no general contractor is involved, the Construction Manager plays a crucial role in project planning, as well as overseeing and coordinating construction works.

Technical Inspection

The Technical Inspector may not always be in the spotlight, but they play a crucial role in any construction project. Their responsibility is to ensure that the building is constructed according to the client’s specifications and the designer’s plans.

Cost Management

Cost management / quantity surveying / construction cost consulting / cost engineering, is a recognized and accredited independent profession worldwide. However, it does not exist in Hungary, despite being crucial from a project’s conception to its completion. The cost manager is responsible for planning project costs, preparing the budget, and enforcing it during construction.

Value Engineering

The Value Engineer’s job is to ensure that the client gets what they truly need and can afford, rather than what the designer believes is the best solution.

Design Control

There is no such thing as a flawless, complete plan. The role of the design controler is to ensure that the design is both complete and compliant with relevant rules and regulations. While design control used to be a legal requirement, it no longer is. However, it remains in the investor’s best interest to have the completed design documentation reviewed by an independent party.

BIM

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is increasingly becoming a standard expectation for larger projects rather than an optional tool. The digital building model created through BIM can identify design errors, extract accurate quantities for precise costing, and perform faster and more accurate impact analyses than ever before.

Due Diligence and Bank Monitoring

In the case of acquisitions, a full technical due diligence of previously constructed, operational buildings is carried out. This allows the buyer to make an informed decision on the purchase of the project based on comprehensive and thorough information. The Due Diligence Report, prepared as a result of our investigation, is an essential element in the decision-making process.

We believe that taking on these roles inevitably leads to conflicts of interest. Instead, we focus exclusively on our clients’ interests.
