    March 7, 2024<\/div>The goal of the leadership competency development training is to enhance managers\u2019 personal and professional skills so that they can lead their teams more effectively, contribute to the organization\u2019s success, and be able to respond to changing workplace challenges. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • MS Project Skills: 16 hours Course dates: September 2, 2024 \u2013 November 28, 2024<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • The goal of the MS Project training course is for participants to learn how to use Microsoft Project project management software effectively and to be able to use it to plan and schedule projects, manage resources, and track and report on projects.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Intermediate Excel Training: 20 hours, November 16, 2023 \u2013<\/span><\/span>
          February 8, 2024<\/div>The goal of the intermediate Excel training is to help participants go beyond basic knowledge and master more advanced and efficient data management, analysis, and automation techniques that will enable them to use Excel more professionally in their day-to-day work. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Advanced Excel: 20 hours, April 11, 2024. –<\/span><\/span>
            June 13, 2024<\/div>. The goal of the advanced Excel training course is for participants to master the use of Excel functions at a professional level and to be able to independently solve complex business, financial, or data analysis tasks in an efficient, automated, and structured manner.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Workplace Communication Skills Development \u2013 English B1, Oct. 20, 2023\u2013<\/span><\/span>
              June 14, 2024<\/div>The goal of the training is for participants to strengthen and develop their English language skills applicable in a workplace setting, with a particular focus on practical situations involving oral and written communication, while achieving or maintaining B1 (threshold) proficiency level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).<\/span><\/li>
            • Workplace Communication Skills Development \u2013 English B2, August 9, 2024 \u2013<\/span><\/span>
              March 14, 2025<\/div>The goal of the training is to enable participants to communicate confidently and effectively in English in a workplace setting, both verbally and in writing, handling everyday and professional communication situations independently and professionally. The course is designed to help participants achieve or further develop proficiency at the B2 level\u2014that is, the \u201cindependent user\u201d level\u2014as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). <\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
