The \u00c9KTR now provides a transparent, uniform framework that will make cost planning easier and more accurate.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00c9KTR also made the front cover of the December issue of the Engineering Journal, in an interview in which we discussed the current state of the system and our plans for the future.
